@yayzibroadband @yayzibroadband I have done this every day since the 9th and last night at 820pm I was told you would be doing work on my line between midnight and 2am which would solve the issue although i would need to reset the router this morning which I have done. But this has not worked 😡

@yayzibroadband 6 days with no Internet and daily checking with your chat function and followed up by emails to be told "the tech team are looking into it " Today's update at 1320 "this is being looked into as we speak" its now 1630 and still no resolution.

After 6 days my kids are looking at me for a conversation instead of shouting at their friends while playing fornite and my wife needs to get back on the Tik-Tok shop we are running desperately low on toilet rolls and Meoky cups !!! Please send help

More evidence of the #NHS #dentalcrisis in #Norfolk all 6 members of my family received the same letter this morning that [my]dentist in Upper Goat Lane #Norwich will close by the end of the year. Have contacted 5 local surgeries NONE are taking on new NHS patients.
