@CrossCountryUK I think it would be nice from a ‘customer service’ point of view, to have some indication that he is exempt. I will just have to hope he did not have Covid 19 after being so close to me and other passengers. I am still not reassured of my safety by your responses.

@CrossCountryUK Totally appreciate that there are some people exempt, if that’s the case with your train manager, why is he not wearing something to indicate the fact? This would prevent me as a @CrossCountryUK customer worrying whether the train I am on is safe to travel on!
