"Time is the enemy if the poor".

Time is more inflexible for marginalized populations and puts them at a disadvantage from the get go. Tying your curriculum to typical higher ed time-frames is inequitable.

Not only that, they were misleading when I upgraded to a higher internet speed and when I ask for a credit back, they are willing to give it to me (after 2 hours on the phone) but "they can only do that if I keep the account open". This is straight-up dishonest @optimum!!!
