Last Friday over spring break, Teen Librarian Amy hosted a geometric string art event for middle and high school students. Check out their beautiful creations!
If our yak was predicting future weather, we'd call him a "zodi-yak." Is that a shadow we see? Here's to a supposed six more weeks of winter! #groundhogday@GroundhogClub

I participated in a laser engraving program at the @gwlibrary and assembled this birdhouse with an engraving of my own design.
Interlibrary loan is such a bonkers idea. Have a library card? Want a book? We'll find it—WHEREVER IT IS IN THE COUNTRY—and send it to your neighborhood branch.
And outside of researchers/journalists/professors/etc., almost no one takes advantage of it! Get these books, people!
Do you have a favorite spot in the library to read, study, or work, or do you mix it up each time? Either way, we have four floors worth of window seats, private rooms, and comfy chairs available!
For Girl Scout Troop 50301's field trip to the Innovation Lab last month, the girls laser engraved designs onto natural soap. In this case, Calliope drew a cat!
