@StumpyGoblin national team tourneys interest me so much, but I can't get myself to care when its done half-assed, countries should have to qualify for their spot. Imagine how cool a qualifier campaign would be like we see in football.
@hammer_rl He's actually right in chat. You have 88 boost rotating back. Yes, he's supposed to go for the ball, but if he did challenge and lost, you wouldn't be ready. What's the point in jumping onto the corner? You lost so much momentum.
@RLEsports@Ally Just curious, for RLCS LANs the hypevideo were hard beats to bump your head to, but the Star Chasers promo vid had calm relaxed tunes, pink coloring and roses. Isn't it a bit too "stereotypically female"? Should the presentation to be more equal? What do the women think?
@BananaMan2ez@bilbo_tv The whole reason SSA has a spot is to try and develop an isolated region. Players get experience, and kids get inspired seeing their countrymen reach the biggest stage. They get a team to cheer for. Imports don't represent a region, thus they don't inspire. It's just sad.
@BourasseauYann@Snowadore This doesn't matter. The intention of having SSA as an RLCS region is to help develop an isolated part of the world. Import teams ruin that.
@doncharlieee@The_Bullzzeye Do you have any examples of any player who's not supposed to be in a pro team at the moment? Come on, drop names, if you can't name an example, then it isn't happening in reality.
@doncharlieee@The_Bullzzeye what are you talking about man, if a player is worse than their two teammates, they get kicked. No one is being carried to pro level, the team wouldn't perform.
Most recent example is Bmo/Dan, they do better with Atomic, but Comm still made every LAN this season.
