sampling some BBQ from the legendary Blacks in Lockhart, TX. for meats: 1lb beef rib, brisket, turkey, baby back ribs. sides: black eyed peas, pickles, potato salad, and sweet potatoes. the turkey and beef rib blew me away, and the potato salad was some the best I’ve ever had.
