The hospital was an oncology clinic.

Even if you can't see the content of these communications, the activity records, what the government calls metadata, which they argue they do not need a warrant to collect, tells the whole story.

And these activity records are being created and shared and collected and intercepted constantly by companies and governments.

And ultimately, it means as they sell these, as they trade these, as they make their businesses on the backs of these records, what they are selling is not information.

What they are selling is us.

- Imam prijavljeno prebivalište od 1999. na Kosovu
- primam godišnje 12.000 eura na ime putnih troškova od Peći (Kosovo) do Beograda, IAKO NE ŽIVIM TAMO, i iako mi je od 2022. zabranjeno da uđem na Kosovo‼️

I tvrdi:
- "imam pravo da prijavim prebivalište tamo gde ne živim"
- "i imam pravo da primam putne troškove od mesta gde ne živim do mesta gde stvarno živim" .

NE, NEMA‼️

Prema Zakonu o prebivalištu i boravištu građana (član 3): "Prebivalište je mesto gde se građanin nastanio i u kom se nalazi centar njegovih životnih aktivnosti".

Ako ne živite na Kosovu - a ministarka javno tvrdi da tamo ne živi od 1999. i da od 2022. nije kročila na Kosovo, onda NEMATE pravo na 12.000 € godišnje na ime putnih troskova (1.000 eura mesečno).

Jer ako ministarka ima pravo na te putne troškove na taj način - onda SVAKI GRAĐANIN SRBIJE može da prijavi svoje prebivalište na Kosovu i da tako dobija +1000 eura svakog meseca od države.

Ministarka JAVNO PRIZNAJE da ima FIKTIVNU ADRESU i JAVNO PRIZNAJE da na ime te fiktivne adrese mesečno prima na ime "putnih troškova" više od prosečne plate u Srbiji.

Ovo je čisto krivično delo‼️

KAKVA BEDNA SRAMOTA - u državi gde porodice sa troje dece jedva preživljavaju, bahata ministarka im otima i ono malo jer joj plata ministarke i sve državne beneficije nisu dovoljne - nego hajde još i da izmišlja putne troškove sa Kosova.
BEDNO! BEDNO BEDNO!

Stvar je TIM GORA što je Snežana Paunović ministarka za državnu upravu i lokalnu samoupravu - dakle osoba ZADUŽENA upravo za primenu ovih upravnih zakona - koje bestidno krši da bi bestidno punila džepove.

Ona svesno bira da od osiromašenih građana Srbije fiktivnom prijavom adrese OTIMA hiljade eura na ime fiktivnih putnih troškova - I JOŠ SE TIME I JAVNO HVALI!

Kao da niko sem nje nije tako "pametan" pa ne ume formalno da prijavi adresu na Kosovu a da živi i radi u Beogradu i da tako strpa u džep iste te pare.

BEDNO! BEDNO! BEDNO!

Sada kada je ovo javno rekla, krivično delo vrše i ministar policije, direktor policije i načelnih Policijske uprave za grad Beograd - jer su oni DUŽNI da pasiviziraju adresu ministarke u skladu sa članom 18 Zakona o prebivalištu i boravištu građana - a potom postoji dužnost da se ministarki NAREDI da vrati sve desetine hiljade eura koje je na osnovu ove fiktivne adrese primila.

+ Tužilaštvo u Beogradu je dužno da pokrene krivični postupak protiv ministarke.

Zato što se ništa od navedenog neće dogoditi - zato je rušenje ove vlasti nužno, hitno i od egzistencijalnih značaja.

Jer ovo BEDNO! BEDNO! BEDNO! ponašanje ministarke čini bednim i nas same ako ih brzo ne skinemo sa vlasti.
