Vonoprazan has been FDA approved for the treatment and maintenance of erosive esophagitis based on a phase 3 trial demonstrating superiority vs. lansoprazole. Superiority was driven by patients with more severe disease.
Major update! Subcutaneous infliximab-dyyb has been approved for the maintenance treatment of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Subcutaneous infliximab-dyyb should be started after completion of IV infusion induction therapy.
