Uganda’s Defence Advisor in Turkey, Maj. Gen. Bob Ogiki (center) in a photo with Ugandan students evacuated from Iran at the Movenpick Hotel in Instabul. The students were organized and evacuated from Tehran in buses in a 24 hour long journey to Gurbulak border post on the Turkey-Iran border. We thank the Turkish government for granting them transit visas. The students were later transported to Istanbul, another 18-hour bus trip. The students are expected to arrive at EIA tomorrow, Thursday, 5 March 26 at 1745 hours aboard Ethiopian Airlines. We salute the CDF, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba, and Maj Gen Bob Ogiki, together with the MOFA for coordinating the safe evacuation of the Ugandan students.
From my lonely hideout, I've spent the day reading the many beautiful birthday messages. Thank you, friends, for the outpouring of love and encouragement. I’m really humbled🙏🏾❤️
I’m grateful to God for the gift of life, for the friends and family that He has surrounded me with, and for the many second chances I have had in life.
For whatever we have accomplished, that was the almighty God working through us. The glory goes to Him. For the mistakes and missteps along the way, that's mine. I take responsibility while struggling to improve.
Cheers to a new age and a new page.
May the rest of our days be the best of our days.
Bro is the head of a whole country’s military - and the president’s son - but tweets random offensive things and is forced to delete them and apologize when reality hits
Are you hiding from security forces allegedly looking for you? Or you are hiding from us voters that you have no accountability and plan for? We voted for you, tell us now what’s next. Stop pretending to be hiding from government . We are waiting for your next step.
Operatives went to Busabala. Asked staff if I had been there. Tried to compromise one to tip them off if I come around. There was an aerial drone hovering over the night before. I advise them not to waste time on these futile exercises. I will reappear at an appropriate time.

Whether Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is in the country or not I, as CDF, in the interests of national security and for the good of the commonwealth ban him from any further participation in the electoral exercises of Uganda.
He has already made his cash, his documentary is in production and will soon cash out some more, now you misguided and misled foot soldiers, try and go to the streets and see 😅😅😅
Uganda's opposition leader Bobi Wine has told the BBC he will not contest Yoweri Museveni's 2026 election victory in court, citing a lack of confidence in the judiciary. He has instead urged his supporters to take to the streets to peacefully protest.

“Mr Kivumbi said: "There were people inside the garage who were waiting for the results to celebrate my victory.
"They broke the front door and began shooting inside the garage. "It was a massacre."”
This is a lie. His supporters attacked a police station, blocked the road to the electoral tally center and attacked his opponent’s car and other security officials.
They were angry at the impending loss.
There’s lots of eye witnesses on the ground who have corroborated this.
