@forza_support I’ve lost everything from my Xbox account on FH5! It got stuck on 0% syncing, and then I tried some work arounds, being very cautious not to do anything wrong and I’ve lost everything. 921 hours (yes, really that much) gone. Please help!! I want my stuff back.

@testdrive I won the AMG GT Black series but it’s not in my garage??? I’ve tried restarting the game and everything but didn’t get it. To make sure that I’m sure, I landed on the special icon in the chance spin, so I did win it just never received it? Can you please help!!

@testdrive How about the need for levels to unlock cars? Again, like I’ve said so so much now, I have all the money but no time to get to a higher level to buy the cars!!! It’s not fair

@testdrive Need to be able to buy cars no matter what level. I have the money to buy all the cars yet they are locked behind levels. I don’t have the time to grind the game
