"Who," you ask me, "is my Jesus?"
Mourners' Comforter is He.
He is plenty for the needy
Height for all of low degree,
He is the freedom of the captive,
And our joy eternally.
Who is my Jesus? Strength for Weakness;
Light and vision for the blind;

"He reveals deep and hidden things; He knows what lies in darkness, and light dwells with Him." — Daniel 2:22
Nothing is hidden from God. Truth belongs to Him, and light dwells with Him.

Never left. Never forsaken. You're not walking alone today. Let's remember who is already there waiting. (on Deut 31:8)

He will judge between many peoples and will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore.

To me, "Leave No Man Behind" isn't just a slogan—it’s a sacred promise. I tried to capture the raw grit and the weight it takes to bring one of our own home when the odds are stacked against them.

I’ve been spending time before going to bed meditating on Matthew 16:2-4 lately. As someone who works deeply with technology and data, Jesus’ words hit me with a cold, sobering reality.
In the passage, Jesus rebukes those who can predict the weather by looking at the sky but fail to discern the "signs of the times." It’s a striking irony that still rings true today.
We are surrounded by more data than ever—real-time analytics, 4K resolutions, and instant news—yet we often remain spiritually illiterate to the movements of God right in front of us.
We look for "signs from heaven" (spectacular miracles or easy answers), but Jesus points us back to the "Sign of Jonah"—the ultimate reality of death and resurrection. It’s a call to move past the superficial and engage with the core of our faith.

"Signs of the Times" (Mt 16:2-4)
A sobering reality for a generation obsessed with data but spiritually illiterate.

So whatever you believe about these things keep between yourself and God. Blessed is the one who does not condemn himself by what he approves.

In 1919, Korean believers cried out for independence. This honors those who chose "unseen hope" over visible despair. They held it in their hearts through faith in the Sovereign God.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting deeply on David’s prayer in Psalm 51, hoping to capture the beauty and mercy of God’s renewal my soul. I wanted to capture that raw, spiritual longing.
