Our problem starts with giving every power at the club to the inexperienced Sporting Directors.

They can be SDs if we have an experienced Technical Director. Now, most of their decisions feel like they are scared of people who will challenge their authority. It's very political for them.

Someone like John Terry should be part of the coaching staff. Thiago Silva didn't need to leave when he did. Building a project of young inexperienced players specifically needs an older head experienced manager.

It seems like they are scared of the unknown, and it's clouding their judgement.
