Cheapest fix: variance. Real reps, never the same length, a loop repeats to the millisecond. Flag anyone whose rep timing has near zero spread. Or just flash with a color like banks do

@sridharfyi Hi, I am a final year student and I think I get what the problem is. Hiring a good engineer who's career does not align with healthcare. They move if they see more money.
I think you should look at:
what the engineer has studied as example software, example: What is EPIC?
