@253070539 We don’t require you to set up an account and passwords are stored locally on your phone, so unfortunately there’s no way to retrieve your it if you forget it.

@zorabike Skipping can be used for different reasons, but basically it allows you to keep your streak going without counting as a completion. Reasons for skipping might be when you are on vacation, or allowing for a cheat day during the week.

@zorabike Missing is pretty much the same as not completing an item that day. But if you know you're not going to make your morning workout, "missing" it will stop the reminder notification and drop it down to the bottom of your list so you can focus on the things that you can actually do.
