@EColvinCollins @AirCanada It is awful - if they cared about you they would be calling you or at a minimum having the option to leave your name and number for a call back while you are on hold. Other airlines use this method and utilities etc but those are customer focused companies

@AirCanadaSvcDpt I did respond via Messages with my number. Does this mean I should expect a call ? lol? I have a prior message advising me that calling out to ne was not an option.

@AirCanadaSvcDpt Does Air Canada think their customers time has value? If so, they might employ a call back system rather than requiring clients to remain on hold for hours and hours or they might use a chat system rather than waiting for the frustrated clients to find outlets via twitter.

@AirCanadaSvcDpt Been trying to get through for @#$%^&* hours on phone --- there are NO agents on phone. My credit card is showing a double billing for flight -- there is apparently no way to correct without spending hours on hold IF if ever answers
