Hackensack Hospital through the years. In 1888 it was a 12-bed facility and was the first hospital in Bergen County. In the 1950s it evolved into multiple buildings, the nurses' quarters to the right. Now a division of @HMHNewJersey, it is one of the most recognized in the US.

As the nation prepares to celebrate National Small Business Saturday. The U.S. Small Business Administration, New Jersey District Office, SCORE Mentors, HRCC, @MainStreet07601, and others celebrated a “Walking Tour” on Main St., in Hackensack. @ScoreNJ @SBAgov

The U.S. Small Business Administration "Walking Tour" made a stop at Kaizenfhw, located at 157a Main Street. Advocates from the different agencies were able to speak about what resources are available.

The next stop on the U.S. Small Business Administration "Walking Tour" brought the group to Simply Stix at 163 Main Street. Owner Katerina Romnios served up some delicious cheese pie while she learned about what the Small Business Development Center has to offer.
