I just got out and asked very simply “what is the problem” I was barked at that they are waiting for all the trucks and that it wasn’t his “f***ing” fault. I didn’t raise my voice or say anything else - simply what’s the problem. Disgraceful.

@Brozp39 @hernameisorlagh @BrittanyFerries We still haven’t moved-3.30am-slowest boarding I’ve ever experienced. We’ll be getting on board when we are due to sail. Bewildered by the whole experience. Can’t understand the lack of info & why check-in wasn’t delayed when they clearly knew the boat wouldn’t be here until 1.15
