@gericodes BOSS STATUS! I agree. I had to get mine a few years ago so my company could bid on a contract. Found out on Thursday I needed to get it, scheduled it on Friday, passed it Monday morning. Alot of it is common sense if you’ve done anything in IT from a customer service perspective.

@shaktavist Yes, which is why I am a huge advocate for security professionals to have excellent people skills. It’s impossible to remedy the types of situations that we find ourselves in if we don’t understand that the culture of that organization also needs to be “fixed”.
