Our first EU-Armenia summit is a landmark diplomatic moment, and I thank Armenia for hosting us in Yerevan.

Armenia is a key pillar in our relationship with the South Caucasus.
Today we forged closer ties on trade, energy, and digital.

The EU will support the Armenian people in choosing their own destiny, including with a new EU mission to counter foreign interference and strengthen resilience.

Belarus: Today, the EEAS summoned the Chargé d’Affaires to the EU to deliver a demarche on the unacceptable situation of the Lithuanian hauliers held in Belarus, and on the hybrid actions emanating from the Belarusian territory and constituting a threat to the EU.

Andrei Padniabenny, 36, is the 9th political prisoner to die in jail since 2020. 1,200 remain imprisoned in inhumane conditions.
