The first time I opened @axisrobotics I thought the job was just dragging a robot arm until the task turned green.

Then the trajectory came back. Bad grip angle. Cup kissed the table before it settled. Score dropped with no sympathy.

That is when Physical AI stopped sounding like a slogan. The field is not short on demos. It is short on clean ones.

People talk about models, GPUs, foundation policies. Inside the Hub the thing that actually matters is smaller. One cup. One grasp. One path that does not shake. After I signed it on Base and the Data ID showed up, it stopped feeling like a minigame. It felt like the first station in a factory that manufactures physical intelligence.

The $AXIS sale is open through Sep 28. I do not treat that as the story. The story is who stays after a failed score, fixes the hand, runs it again, and signs.

What I keep looking at on @PlayOnMint this week is the split on @NucleusCodes.

Top 300 on contribution share $50K in $MNTD. A separate reputation board is holding 1,170 guaranteed MintABear freemint spots. Same collection. Two doors. One measures what you can write and ship now. The other measures the trail you already left onchain and on social.

Most leaderboards mash those two into one score and then act surprised when the feed fills with the same recap. MINT is at least admitting they are different jobs. That is why I am not posting another feature dump today.

MintABear is still 4,444, free, Robinhood, TBA on the public clock. Wagering on https://t.co/aEi1GLbP3d is one path into supply. Community allocation is another. Nucleus reputation is a third. If you only chase the mint graphic you miss that Season 1 XP on the platform and this creator board are not the same snapshot.

That is the part most free mints never have.

Spent more time than I expected watching my @quipnetwork node today.

v0.2.9 looks boring at first glance, but the Windows signing change caught my attention.

A build signed by https://t.co/hYUUF3PCQs and issued to Hadamard Gate gives me a very different feeling from “just download and run.”

Then there’s the CI rule: v* tags have to verify against keys already in the repo.

That matters to me more than another flashy miner update.

If Season 4 node QP starts only after the manager is stable, I’d rather have this boring foundation right first.

I’m still running the same box.

Just watching to see how clean the backfill + installer swap ends up being.

Anyone else already upgrading, or waiting for the backfill note?
