Thank you to @RTX_News and RTX Ventures for spotlighting our shared work to scale production.
As a newer entrant to the defense base, partnerships like this are how we accelerate production with advanced technologies and earn the chance to learn from decades of systems engineering expertise.
Since launching in 2021, Hadrian has built four factories and worked with Collins Aerospace and Raytheon, where Javelin and TOW weapon systems parts achieved a 98% on-time delivery rate.
Much more to come.
250 years ago a handful of people bet everything on building something new. We carry that forward the only way we know how: making it here, for the country we love. Happy Independence Day, God Bless America. 🇺🇸
Great move by @DeptofWar — excited to see this commitment to the workforce that builds and defends America.
@mikeroweworks has been championing skilled trades for years. These jobs are the backbone of our country. Investing in them is investing in our future.
Today, we welcomed Mike Rowe to the Pentagon and announced a $10 million award to the Mike Rowe Works Foundation in support of https://t.co/LvQURrSIOX
This initiative will help strengthen our nation by connecting more Americans with careers in the skilled trades, growing the workforce that builds, maintains, and powers our country.
.@HadrianInc's @2112Power: “I think the biggest miracle we’ve pulled off is generally 100 percent of the workforce are migrating from desk jobs to manufacturing."

Thanks to @SecWar and the team at the War Department for hosting at the Pentagon.
It’s a team sport, and couldn’t be prouder of my compatriots and the Pentagon for pushing hard everyday for the warfighter, scaled production, and the Reindustrialization of America.
Well, it took an Australian to fix American manufacturing.
This week we sit down with Power, Chris Power - @2112Power - the boss at @HadrianInc. Hadrian has a growing empire of software-infused manufacturing machines building things faster and better across the U.S.
In this episode, we get into Chris's journey and the state of American manufacturing and how dire/hopeful things really are. Consider this your first 4th of July weekend feast.

Honor to interview @BrendanCarrFCC who is doing incredibly important work to crush Americas reliance on Chinese drones, the supply chain, and removing barriers to scale American manufacturing and resiliency.
Full Spectrum Dominance!
“If we are not reattaching the blue collar American to the economy, we are not fulfilling the mission. If we aren’t rewarding them or incentivizing the workforce, we’re doing it wrong.”
-@2112Power of @HadrianInc
"It's an absolute crisis, which we caused ourselves. You can't hire enough machinists, welders, anything for any of these Navy programs. The deficit is like 10 to 1. It takes 10 years to be a good Navy welder."
Chris Power (@2112Power) and Jake Loosararian (@jakeloosy) on America's skilled worker crisis:
"The only way you get there is with productivity improvements through AI and robotics to strap an Iron Man suit to the skilled workforce."
Jake Loosararian: "How fast can you get a McDonald's or a Home Depot employee working on critical parts and components for nuclear reactors? That's how we have to judge how well we're doing in Silicon Valley."
"Don't give me this 5 or 10 year vision. Help me figure out how to get people in the fight. That's what Americans want."

Honored to be ranked #15 on the 2026 #NATSEC100. Thank you to @SVDG_official and @JPMorgan for the research and recognition.
The report frames the challenge clearly: this ecosystem must manufacture, sustain, and deliver at the volume modern deterrence demands. This is exactly the work Hadrian was built for.

Distributed shipbuilding is how we rebuild America’s maritime industrial base. Proud to be working with VADM Gaucher and @USNavy to bring modern manufacturing and real production capacity to the fight.
"If you rank a Toyota Camry through to Starship and what the hardest thing to make in America is, nuclear submarine is easily the first."
Hadrian's Chris Power (@2112Power) on the $2.4 billion bet to save America's submarine program:
"We just announced a joint Navy-Hadrian investment of $2.4 billion across a 2 million-plus square foot production facility in Alabama to create a thousand jobs dedicated to Virginia and Columbia-class submarine manufacturing."
"There are a million welders short. You couldn't go hire a million welders today to catch up on that hours deficit, it's simply a math problem."
"Because we're highly automated we can actually produce labor using autonomy and a new labor force paired with AI and robotics."
"It's about 1/20th of what we actually need to catch up."

Hadrian CEO, @2112Power, joined @MilkenInstitute to discuss modernizing military power.
Rebuilding capacity requires new approaches to manufacturing: combining software, automation, and a workforce model that can scale with demand.
It comes down to how fast we can build.
Our team had a great tour of Hadrian’s new $2.4B advanced manufacturing facility that will soon be fueling our warfighters and American military might.
It will create 1,000 new local jobs – and generate hundreds of purchase orders for small businesses across northwest Alabama.
BREAKING: No one can Factory like Hadrian.
"Hadrian, best factory."
Hadrian recently opened Factory 4, a new $2.4B public-private advanced manufacturing facility in Cherokee, Alabama to produce key components for U.S. Navy Columbia- & Virginia-class submarines, combining ~$1.5B in private capital with $900M in government funding.
The 2.2M sq. ft. facility is expected to reach full production within 24 months, create up to 1,000 jobs, & accelerate submarine output by automating production & reducing worker training time to ~30 days.
