Another fun-packed weekend for our boarders watching Six Nations rugby, lots of baking and cooking, table tennis tournaments, Nuclear High Ropes, and lots more! During our last full weekend our boarders enjoyed learning how to make fresh pizza with Italian chef Salvo @HolroydHowe

Yesterday we welcomed Ellie, @HolroydHowe nutritionist, to Hockerill and our students were able to sample lots of yummy dishes such sweetcorn fritters, banana blossom tempura, and jackfruit tacos. Ellie also spoke to many of our boarders on the importance of nutrition 🙂

Funding secured from Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS). We are actively working towards decarbonising our estate towards net zero, woodchip biomass boilers and pellet store in a semi-underground energy centre will provide heating to Thames House and the Science Block.

Winchester House students organised a house concert in the chapel. Such an enjoyable evening with the opportunity to hear a variety of musical contributions from Bach to Billie Eilish. Thank you Mr Kemshell for accompany our guitarists, and to students for all their hard work.

This weekend our boarding students tested their limits @nukehighropes . They thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, some facing their fears to climb to the top of the course and zip line down.
