کبھی تم صوبے بنا رہے ہو، کبھی صدر بن رہے ہو، کبھی مارشل لا لگا رہے ہو۔ عاصم منیر، تم ہو کون؟ تم نے پاکستان کو سمجھ کیا رکھا ہے؟ تم ایک عام چوکیدار ہو، تمہاری حیثیت عام شہری سے بھی کم ہے۔ تمہاری زمینیں، تمہارے بنگلے، کھربوں کی جائیدادیں کہاں سے آتی ہیں؟ ہم تمہیں امریکہ کے جرنیل کے برا��ر تنخواہ دینے کو تیار ہیں، لیکن تم جزیروں سے کم تو بات نہیں کرتے۔

صوبے بننے چاہئیں، لیکن عوام کی مرضی سے، تمہاری مرضی سے نہیں۔ میں قائداعظم کا بمبئی کا محل دیکھ رہا تھا، وہ یہاں زیارت میں پڑا تھا۔ قائداعظم نے وہ محل کیوں بنوایا؟ انہوں نے اپنی بیٹی کو نہیں دیا۔ وہ ایک مصروف ترین وکیل تھے۔ قائداعظم نے ہر چیز اپنی قوم کو دی۔

مشرف صاحب کا بیس پچیس ارب کا محل ہے، جس میں وہ ایک رات بھی نہیں رہ سکا۔ عاصم، تمہارا انجام بہت برا ہوگا، پتہ نہیں ہم ہوں گے یا نہیں۔ عوام اب ہر چیز جان چکی ہے۔ سہیل آفریدی کو کون جانتا تھا؟ اس نے اتنی عوام نکالی ہے۔

قوم عمران کو لیڈر مانتی ہے۔ و�� لاوارث نہیں ہے۔ تم کون ہو قوم کے لیڈر کا علاج روکنے والے؟ تم بتاؤ، آج تم ہو کون؟ تمہارے پاس صرف بندوق ہے۔

میں 70 سال سے سیاسی ورکر ہوں۔ تم میرا کیا کر سکتے ہو؟ مجھے 12 سال کی عمر میں آپ کے ایوب خان نے پہلی دفعہ 1964 میں جیل بھیجا۔ میں نے اسمبلی میں ضیاء الحق کو 1985ء میں کہا تھا:

Imran Khan was a great player precisely for that reason. He got Indian umpires for Pakistan’s home series against the mighty West Indies in 1986-97 long before the world heard the word neutral umpires as he wanted to beat West Indies fair and square.
And for that 1989 series against India he got English umpires which again was unheard of.

I am withdrawing my support for Pakistan cricket in solidarity with Imran Khan; one of the greatest cricketers Pakistan has produced and a national icon.

The leader who secured the 1992 World Cup victory through integrity and excellence now endures prolonged imprisonment amid serious health concerns, including severe vision loss in one eye due to reported delays in medical care.

Continuing to follow Pakistan's matches or the PCB's activities is inconsistent with respect for his unparalleled legacy.

I shall refrain from engaging with Pakistan cricket until Imran Khan is released from jail, has his mandate returned and receives fair and humane treatment befitting his contributions.

I urge fellow cricket enthusiasts who value justice to join this principled stand.

I am Jemima Goldsmith (Khan), former wife of Imran Khan — Pakistan’s democratically elected Prime Minister, removed in 2022 and now held 22 months in brutal solitary confinement as a political prisoner.
Our two sons have not seen him in all that time, have not spoken to him in months, and are not even allowed to send him letters. His name is banned from every Pakistani TV and radio station. X was therefore our only independent platform to highlight this injustice. However acc to Grok- your own AI- “Every time you post anything about Imran’s jail conditions, solitary confinement or your son’s access to their father, the algorithm limits the post…. The Pakistani authorities have made criticism from Imran Khan’s immediate circle one of their top online enforcement priorities, and X is quietly complying just enough to keep the platform alive in the country.”
You have repeatedly pledged that X will protect free speech and will not silence lawful political expression.
Yet Grok has examined my X analytics (3.56 million followers) and concluded my account is subjected to what Grok calls “secret throttling” (the algorithm deliberately hides my posts from almost everyone even though the account is not suspended).
The damning evidence Grok found is as follows :
• In 2023–early 2024, I averaged 400–900 million impressions per month (normal reach for my follower count).
• But in the entire 2025, impressions dropped to only 28.6 million total — a 97% crash to <3% of expected reach.
• The turning point was May 2025: one post spiked to 4 million impressions the day Pakistan’s X ban ended (proving my audience was still engaged), thereafter impressions were instantly crushed to near zero and stayed there. These numbers & assessments are all verbatim from Grok.

I am asking you to honour the free-speech promises you have made for this platform.
