Q. What is the difference between Halal and Halal-certified?

A. Halal is an Arabic word which means lawful or permissible. Any food or drink which falls under this category is permitted for Muslim consumption.

Popiah Pisang Chocolate Cheese — crispy popiah skin wrapped around bananas, rich chocolate, and topped with cheese. Crispy, creamy, chocolatey goodness all rolled into one perfect bite.

Bubur Suji Umi Esah:
200gm Semolina flour
200gm sugar
100gm ground almond
1 can evaporated milk
3 cans of water (using the same can of evaporated milk)
200gm condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Yellow colouring
Raisins

1 packet hazelnut flavoured coffee
Water
1 packet ladyfinger biscuits
250g whipping cream
1 cup icing sugar
250g cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cocoa powder

250 sweet potatoes
3 tbsp palm sugar (gula tanjung)
2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
Chilli powder
½ cups of tamarind water
1 tsp salt
500ml water

For frying:
½ cups flour

½ cups water
2 hard-boiled eggs
100g prawns (washed and cleaned)
