Secondary colleagues: Understand your Y7s. Know the primary curriculum. Identify gaps before they arrive. Address issues theyβll have accessing curriculum. Teach your routines explicitly. Give them chance to get it wrong safely. Set high expectations with support and guidance.
@adamboxer1 It's definitely been hugely influential, but I agree not scaleable as you suggest.
After I visited it completely changed me (for the better).
Our prior attainment score is just below 101, for example - and we have a higher proportion of PP (60%), and are in the... /1
