It shouldn't matter what age you are. No one needs an AR-15 or any other assault weapon designed to massacre people. When we had an assault weapons ban from 1994-2004, mass shootings went down 43%. After it expired, mass shootings tripled. End the filibuster. Ban assault weapons.
It's a bit ironic to me that the NRA Convention assembly has a strict ban of firearms. It's almost as if they recognize that allowing weapons like that in the hands of the general population is a bad idea.
@digitalambie before we signed, but I haven't met a single person who agreed this happened. I understand my debt is mine to pay, but I sure as hell wouldn't have gone to a private university for my undergrad if I had fully understood what the true payment was. And tuition today is even worse.
@digitalambie Love this plan, every bit of it. And I totally agree especially with your last statement. So many of us agreed to the terms of our loans when we were 17. And not once did anyone fully explain what the extent of those loans looked like. We supposedly got financial counseling
