I emailed my boss a few weeks ago letting him know I won't be back to work in person after Christmas break but I can do work from home as needed. He emailed me today saying "see you tomorrow from 8am-430"

Why is it that I bust my ass at work to run field trips and programs and don't get a thank you or good job. Yet, my coworkers do a simple little task and get told they are amazing and do great things, then get connected to people with good jobs to get a foot in the door.
