@i_am_myloking @The_Forty_Four Several others are point out nowadays the full foot has to be over the line. So this may be legal now. It used to be a player mustn't cross to the field of play at any point.

Goal should have been disallowed however as the player throwing the ball was over the line and his boots were mixed on and past the line of play.
