Marc Chagall’s - “Over the Town”.

While most focus on the “flying” couple, I found this much more intriguing…

Honestly, we were only there for like 20 minutes, but we were able to frolic through a gallery or two before being tossed back into the maw of suicide cyclists and kamikaze scooters that rule the Mad Max-esque Vitebsk sidewalks of doom.
