@Etsy can a human get in touch to explain why my most popular flavour Lip Balm was deactivated 8 weeks ago?
Despite Etsy 12k sales, all I've had is automated messages and tweet replies to say my message will be passed on.

@Etsy @Etsy I've still had no contact from seller support and no explanation as to why one particular flavour of Lip Balm would violate your policies when our other 20 flavours do not. It's very frustrating to be caught up in (what I can only assume) is a failure of your algorithms.

All I've had is an initial generic 'policy violation' email, followed up with a message saying no further information could be given and I cannot discuss it with anyone!
