Amazing day… students, not only got a chance to meet Phillip, but also learn’t about farmlife, about the many animals and ways they produce food for us. The joys of working outdoors. Important A&Q session. Very thankful for your visit in #CareersWeek@HalheadPhilip@CareersWeek
@wise_chapman@NFUtweets Congratulations. What's next in the fight because Labour havent moved an inch !! Doctors did it .... train drivers have done it all risked the wrath of the great British public .... this needs a large coordinated effort after Christmas.
@Claydencows The Champion cow was a super looking cow BUT it was 60 inches tall plus and would not FIT into most modern large herd environments. The calves winning the calf classes followed the same theme and were narrow and expected to have ridiculous deep stomachs etc.
@Claydencows Super thread. Having just returned from commentating at a local agricultural show ( at which we had over 100 dairy cattle ) I am left despondent at both the judging and the classification system and above all Holstein UK.
@cathmorley One way is to look past the problem to find a solution. Turn a problem or a negative into a positive and with some structure and thought you can change direction if that's what you think is a viable solution. This is not making the enormity of the decision into some trivia.
