The "Diamond Harbour Model" is in full swing on the Counting Day also. TMC goons are making the last desperate attempt to steal the Elections by obstructing the Counting Agents & Candidates of @BJP4Bengal and other opposition political parties from entering the Counting Hall.
They are being restricted from going towards the venue from 1-2 kms afar. Bombs are being hurled to intimidate the Counting Agents. They are being mercilessly beaten up, even kidnapped.
The Counting Agents & Candidates couldn't enter :-
# Fakir Chand College in Diamond Harbour
# Keshpur College
# Counting Centres at Galsi, Katwa, Amta, Bagnan, Barabani, Kirnahar and several other places.
The State Election Commission must halt the Counting Process and ensure that all the Opposition Counting Agents & Candidates are able to reach the Counting Centres unobstructed. Only when they reach the venue, then only the Counting Process should begin.
This is another chapter of the famous Diamond Harbour Model.
The Polling Officers are themselves facilitating Rigging & engaging in false voting in the Polling Booth No. 137 of the Masat Gram Panchayat area in
Diamond Harbour Block No I; South 24 Parganas district:-
The euphoria & enthusiasm among the @BJP4Bengal Supporters & Karyakartas at the three Rallies at Madarihat, Kalchini & Kumargram in the Alipurduar District, indicates that BJP will perform exceedingly well in this district. I am certainly hopeful that the BJP Candidates will win the maximum number of seats in the upcoming Three-tier Panchayat Elections by defeating the Regional TMC Party Candidates.

I feel sorry for the Civic Volunteers.
Regional Tolamool Party led Govt started recruiting them as an alternative to Police Constables in order to lower the burden on treasury.
These contractual employees are often assigned duties which they aren't supposed to do. They have no job security or financial security. Their stipend/salary is a meagre Rs. 9000/month with no PF, Gratuity etc.
More than 1 lakh 15 thousand Civic Volunteers are working across WB.
In my opinion 10 per cent of them are driven by a false sense of power & keep on overstepping their authority due to their proximity & association with Tolamool Party leaders. There is no limit to their earnings as they extort money from truck & auto-rickshaw drivers and two-wheeler riders for alleged traffic violations. They even extort from small time shopkeepers, intimidate opposition party workers, and help Regional Tolamool Party during elections.
However other than this notorious fraction, the majority of these people belong to underprivileged families & depend on the paltry amount of Rs. 9000/month.
Today when their salaries got credited, an amount of Rs. 150 from their meagre salaries was deducted for the benefit of the Mamata Police Welfare Board.
The Mamata Police Welfare Board is a frontal organisation of Regional Tolamool Party. Ironically the authorities of this board aren't bothered about the welfare of the Civic Volunteers. They simply saw an opportunity to arm twist them & collect a hefty amount before the elections and the Regional Tolamool Party led Govt has to look the other way as because they are depending on the Mamata Police to help them hitch-hike the Panchayat Elections.
Amount collected:-
Rs. 150/ Civic Volunteer x 1,15,000 Civic Volunteers = Rs. 1,72,50,000/-
