@FirstEssex Yeah but that’s going to be ten days then with no service. Buses have previously used going down the chase then grove road. Why isn’t this actually possible this time?

@greateranglia hi, I applied for a refund which was approved on the 19th March, filled in the forms and was told to expect the money within 14 days, I am yet to receive and haven’t had a response via follow up in email.
