The Angels are the most vibes-based run franchise. Buying 2 relievers in order to sell Jansen would kill said vibes.
Jansen is a leader of the team and is pitching extraordinarily well, the Angels likely want to re-sign him in free agency. Difficult to do that if they trade him.
