I have managed to reduce my pain medication upon understanding the ways this had little impact on me.
Please pass on my thanks to the clinician, he has truly had a positive impact on my life.

I have to say I didnt go into these sessions with the most positive outlook, Facebook pages often have a negative response to pain management. However after an emotional first call with the clinician I have slowly gained skills knowledge and confidence to understand and better
manage my ailments.
The clinician has a calming manner and never made me feel silly or any of my queries were unwelcome. He has helped me gain a much stronger understanding of my body, my ailments and ways I can help with managing them.
Pyschologists, what Matters to you?
As a clinician do you want to work in a service where pateints say this?
I have just completed my final session with the clinician in pain management.

@CalMacFerries You are a disgrace how you cannot maintain a fleet to service Oban to mull you have let the local communities down and denied them their most profitable time of years income for many in the tourism and hospitality industry

It's strange to have the ambition of one day your service no longer being needed. It would be a great outcome if this tour helps people's future journey, their understanding of a family members/colleagues or friend's situation and starts to change the conversation around pain
I'm off to see the Flippin Pain Tour in action in Durham today with members of the Durham Live Well with Pain Team really excited to have the chance to see and be involved (slightly just chatting with the public) in a public health approach. https://t.co/mZHZ7q05Lm

"Discussing Population Health and discussing health inequalities on a CSP webinar" was not the answer to the question "what did you do when you had covid Hal?" I was expecting. Thankfully over the worst of it
