This rate limit shit is so annoying. No indication it's applied, tweets just fail to draft on my main acct. But one will work, randomly. Then it's back to jail an hour later.
It's hard because someone has to be the team that says enough is enough w/ these Bane trades, especially after the lotto changes are forced in (midrange picks are more valuable).
But some asshole has caved every year and kept this bloated market going.
If you're going to trade 4 firsts for anyone, that resume better include an all star appearance. Do not pay all-star prices for above average starters.
Fascinating price point b/c he was OK in the playoffs, but still couldn't shoot, and still a scheme-limiting defender and passer. Does someone pay $25-$30m for the regular season production?
Or are these suitors hoping to offer MLEs?
Ausar Thompson has the best +/- on the team tonight, has the 2nd best ON/Off and +/- (of anyone who has played real minutes) on the team, and he's not far behind Cunningham.
So many bad performances, consequences, and considerations. Ausar is a *bright spot* among them.
For everyone yelling at me about who else is out there to do a better job, I literally said in the next post I don’t want him fired if you bothered to read down.
I don’t think you needed to reaffirm the commitment to him when he was already under contract for three more years.
@djruemenapp The roster is a constraint. He completely failed to expire those constraints and do anything to maximize performance within them.
It is not an excuse, because my expectations were set based on this roster.
JB Leaving Cade out to dry is one of the worst parts of this.
Going to be a whole offseason about his game 7 (he's been like, the 3rd best player in the playoffs this year) because his coach runs the "Save me" offense and for once Cade couldn't.
This wasn't even a fun season for me because this was always the end. There was never another way. They actively planned for this to be how they went out.
Obviously we don't SEE the tactical things but nothing coming out of that timeout felt any different at all, and 5 minutes later the team had just actively quit.
