🚨 Complaint regarding overcharging above MRP in Hyderabad:

On 15 June 2026 around 4:30 PM, Al Rabea Al Arabi Cafeteria at Rehti Bowli, Nanal Nagar was selling a cool drink with MRP ₹10 for ₹20 and openly challenged customers to lodge complaints. This appears to be a clear violation of consumer rights and MRP regulations.

Requesting immediate inspection and strict action against such unfair trade practices that exploit the public. If ₹10 extra is charged per bottle from hundreds of customers daily, the illegal profits become substantial.

During the last winter session of Parliament the entire opposition was protesting against SIR and other issues in the house. Like always the @AITCofficial MPs were in the well taking lead and protesting fearlessly. I was there and I heard a prominent Muslim MP (not from TMC) shouting at Yusuf Pathan and telling him to withdraw from the protest. Yusuf actually did withdraw and came back to his seat. I saw a change on Yusuf’s face, he was almost shivering. After that MP left, I went to Yusuf and asked him what happened? Why did he look scared? Yusuf told me that this person told him that he should not protest against BJP saying, “what is wrong with you? Why are you protesting against BJP. Khud ko dusmhman keun banarahe ho. They will bulldoze your house in Gujrat.
In the meanwhile @MahuaMoitra came and asked me what had happened. I told her that Yusuf is scared because that individual told Yusuf that BJP will bulldoze his house in Gujrat. Mahua got furious and told Yusuf not to listen to that person, we are behind you, we are one and no one will dare to touch you or your family.

హైదరాబాద్ మహానగరానికి అత్యంత ఆవశ్యకత కలిగిన మెట్రో విస్తరణ చేపట్టడానికి వీలుగా, ఎల్ అండ్ టీ సంస్థ నుంచి మెట్రోను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడానికి అన్ని రకాల ఒప్పందాలు కుదిరినప్పటికీ ఇండియన్ రైల్వే ఫైనాన్స్ కార్పొరేషన్ (#IRFC) నుంచి నిధులు ఎందుకు విడుదల కాలేదని ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ @revanth_anumula గారు ప్రశ్నించారు.

✅మంత్రులు @OffDSB గారు, @KomatireddyKVR గారు, @seethakkaMLA గారు, @Vakiti_srihari గారు, @azharflicks గారు, పలువురు ఎంపీలు, ప్రజా ప్రతినిధులతో కలిసి ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేద్కర్ రాష్ట్ర సచివాలయంలో మీడియా సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడారు.

✅ఎల్ అండ్ టీ నుంచి మెట్రో మొదటి దశ స్వాధీనం, నిధుల సమీకరణ, రెండో దశ విస్తరణ అంశాలపై సవివరంగా తెలిపారు.

✅#Hyderabad విశ్వనగరంగా తీర్చిదిద్దడంతో పాటు పెట్టుబడులను ఆకర్షిం���డానికి మెట్రో రైలు విస్తరణ ఎంతో అవసరమని నొక్కి చెప్పారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిరభ్యంతర పత్రం (NOC) ఇస్తే కేంద్రం వాటా లేకుండానే వంద శాతం రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఈక్విటీతో మెట్రో రైలు రెండో దశ విస్తరణ చేపట్టేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

✅#LandT నుంచి మెట్రో మొదటి దశను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్న తర్వాత రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ భాగస్వామ్యంలో విస్తరణ చేపట్టాల్సి ఉందని, ఈ విషయంలో కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సూచనల మేరకు మొదటి దశ స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడానికి అవసరమైన అన్ని ఏర్పాట్లు పూర్తి చేశామని వివరించారు.

✅మెట్రోను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడానికి ఎల్ అండ్ టీకి రూ.13,500 కోట్ల నిధుల కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థ ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీతో అన్ని రకాల ఒప్పందాలు పూర్తయ్యాయని తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంతో పాటు రిజర్వ్ బ్యాం���్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా (#RBI) కౌంటర్ గ్యారెంటీ కూడా ఇచ్చామని చెప్పారు. ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ నుంచి ఈరోజు విడుదల కావలసిన నిధులు విడుదల కాలేదని చెబుతూ దీనికి కారణమేంటని ప్రశ్నించారు.

✅మెట్రోను స్వాధీనం చేసుకునే విషయంలో చర్చోపచర్చల అనంతరం కుదిరిన ఒప్పందం మేరకు జపాన్ కు చెందిన ఆర్థిక సంస్థ ద్వారా నిధులు ఇప్పటికే ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ ఖాతాలో బదిలీ అయ్యాయని గుర్తుచేశారు. ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ ఖాతాలోకి నిధులు జమ అయినప్పటికీ, ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం ఎల్‌ అండ్‌ టీకి చెల్లించాల్సిన నిధులు ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ నుంచి విడుదల కాలేదని చెప్పారు.

✅హైదరాబాద్ అంతర్జాతీయ నగరమని చెప్పుకునే క్రమంలో ఆనాటి ప్రధానమంత్రి మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ గారు, యూపీఏ చైర్‌పర్సన్ సోనియా గాంధీ గారు, ఆనాటి కేంద్ర మంత్రి ఎస్ జైపాల్ రెడ్డి గారు, అప్పటి ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి గారి కాలంలో మెట్రో మొదటి దశకు అంకురార్పణ జరిగిందని గుర్తుచేశారు.

✅ఆనాడు ఢిల్లీ మెట్రోను ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకుని అంతకన్నా అద్భుతమైన రవాణా వ్యవస్థను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్న సంకల్పంతో 2009 లో మెట్రో నిర్మాణానికి టెండర్లను పిలిచారని, ఆనాటి నుంచి 2020 నాటికి నిర్మాణం పూర���తి చేసినప్పటికీ ఫలక్ నుమా మార్గంలో నిర్మాణం పూర్తి కాలేదని చెప్పారు. చారిత్రక కట్టడాలు ఉన్నాయని, ఇతరత్రా కారణాలను చూపి పూర్తి చేయలేదని అన్నారు.

✅మొదట్లో రూ. 15 వేల కోట్లతో ప్రారంభించిన మెట్రో పూర్తయ్యేనాటికి రూ. 22 వేల కోట్లకు చేరిందని, ఆ తర్వాత గత ప్రభుత్వంలో పదేండ్ల పాటు మెట్రో విస్తరణపై ఆలోచన చేయలేదన్నారు. ఆరోజుల్లో దేశంలో ఢిల్లీ మెట్రో మొదటి స్థానంలో ఉంటే హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో ర���ండో స్థానంలో ఉండిందని, విస్తరణ చేయని కారణంగా ఇప్పుడు 9వ స్థానానికి పడి��ోయిందని చెప్పారు.

✅హైదరాబాద్ కోర్ అర్బన్ రీజియన్ (#CURE) లో జనాభా 1.34 కోట్లకు చేరుకుందని, ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో మెట్రో విస్తరణ తప్పక చేపట్టాలని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో ప్రధానమంత్రి గారిని కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక, పట్టణాభివృద్ధి, రైల్వే శాఖల మంత్రులను కలిసి ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చామని గుర్తుచేశారు.

✅2వ దశ విస్తరణ చేపట్టడానికి ఎల్ అండ్ టీని ఒప్పించి ఒప్పందం చేసుకోవాలని కేంద్రం సూచించిందని, అయితే ప్రతి ఏటా 350 – 400 కోట్ల రూపాయలు నష్టాలొస్తున్నాయని, ఆ నష్టాల కారణంగా 2వ దశ విస్తరణ చేపట్టలేమని ఎల్ అండ్ టీ తేల్చిచెప్పిందన్నారు.

✅ఈ దశలో మొదటి #HyderabadMetro ను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వమే స్వాధీనం చేసుకుని, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ భాగస్వామ్యంతో విస్తరణ చేపట్టాలని మళ్లీ కేంద్రం సూచించిన నేపథ్యంలోనే ఆ దిశగా కార్యాచరణ పూర్తి చేశామని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు తెలిపారు.

✅ఎల్ అండ్ టీ నిరాకరించిన నేపథ్యంలోనే ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగ��, ప్రజా రవాణా సౌకర్యాలు మెరుగుపరచాలని, కాలుష్యాన్ని నియంత్రించాలన్న లక్ష్యాలతో మొదటి విడత మెట్రో ప్రాజెక్టును స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాలని ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించిన విషయాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు ఈ సందర్భంగా గుర్తుచేశారు.

✅హైదరాబాద్ మహానగంలో అన్ని వైపుల మెట్రోను విస్తరించడానికి, అన్ని రూట్లలో మెట్రో అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలని ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 30 వేల కోట్ల విలువైన మెట్రో ప్రాజెక్టును రూ. 15 వేల కోట్లకు ఎల్ అండ్ టీ నుంచి కొనుగోలు చేసిందన్నారు.

✅గత ప్రభుత్వంలో అనేక ప్రాజెక్టులకు 8 నుంచి 11 శాతం వడ్డీకి రుణాలను తీసుకుంటే, మెట్రో విస్తరణలో భాగంగా మెట్రో స్వాధీనం కోసం కేవలం 4 శాతం వడ్డీకి ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ నుంచి ఎల్ అండ్ టీకి చెల్లించాల్సిన రూ. 13,600 క���ట్ల కోసం ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నామని వివరించారు.

✅భారత ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థ అయిన ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీ, రైల్వే ప్రాజెక్టుల కోసం రుణాలను ఇస్తుందని చెబుతూ, మెట్రోను స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవడానికి ఆ సంస్థతో రుణ ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నామని చెప్పారు. అందుకోసం ఫీజు రూపేణా సంస్థకు రూ. 84 కోట్లతో పాటు ఈక్విటీగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చెల్లించాల్సిన రూ. 1400 కోట్లను కూడా చెల్లించామని తెలిపారు.

✅రుణ ఒప్పందానికి సంబంధించి లావాదేవీలన్నీ పూర్తయ్యాయని చెబుతూ, ఐఆర్ఎఫ్‌సీతో #Telangana ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్యన కుదిరిన ఒప్పందం ప్రకారం ఈరోజు నిధుల చెల్లింపు జరగాల్సి ఉండగా ఐఆర్ఎఫ్ సీ నుంచి నిధుల విడుదల ఆగిపోయిందని అన్నారు. అందుకు కారణం ఎవరని ప్రశ్నించారు.

✅అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లో మెట్రో విస్తరణ కోసం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం 50 శాతం నిధులు సమకూర్చుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో తెలంగాణ విషయంలో ఇలా ఎందుకు జరుగుతుందని అడిగారు. రాష్ట్రం నుంచి కేం��్ర మంత్రివర్గంలో ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహిస్తున్న కేంద్ర మంత్రి @kishanreddybjp గారు బాధ్యత తీసుకోవాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.

✅మెట్రో మొదటి విడతను రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం టేకోవర్ చేస్తే తప్ప 2వ విడత విస్తరణకు అవకాశం లేదని చెప్పారు. హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో విస్తరణకు 50 శాతం కేంద్రం భరిస్తున్నదని వాస్తవమైతే అందుకు సంబంధించిన పత్రాలను చూపించాలని కోరారు.

✅హైదరాబాద్‌లో రెండో దశ మెట్రో విస్తరణకు కేంద్రం 50 శాతం భాగస్వామ్యం తీసుకుంటుందా లేదంటే #HMRL తరఫున ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని మరింత జటిలం చేయదలచుకోలేదని, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంలో బాధ్యతాయుతమైన పదవిలో ఉన్నందునే సమస్యను పరిష్కరించాలని కిషన్ రెడ్డి గారిని కోరుతున్నామని మరో ప్రశ్నకు సమాధానంగా చెప్పారు.

✅"కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సూచనలు, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ నిపుణుల సలహాల మేరకు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ అంశాన్ని ఒక కొలిక్కి తీసుకొచ్చింది. హైదరాబాద్ నగరానికి మెట్రో విస్తరణ అత్యంత కీలకం. జరిగిన ఒప్పందాలను రాష్ట్ర ఎంపీలకు అవసరమైతే పవర్ పాయింట్ ప్రజెంటేషన్ ఇచ్చి వివరిస్తా.

✅ప్రజల కోసం చేస్తున్న పని. ప్రజలకు మంచి జరగాలి. సమస్యను సామరస్యపూర్వకంగా పరిష్కారం కావాలని అభిలషిస్తున్నా.." అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారు పేర్కొన్నారు.

Shocking incident on Siddipet–Hyderabad Highway:

Mohammed Imran of Shatrapalli Village, Vemulawada Mandal, along with 3 relatives travelling to Gandhi Hospital, was allegedly attacked by 10-15 Gow Rakshaks between Vantimamidi & Turkapally at around 7 AM on 12th June. The victims sustained injuries and their Swift Dzire (AP10 BA 7387) was badly damaged.

After escaping the mob, the victims approached Mulug Police Station under Siddipet Police Commissionerate but were allegedly made to wait for hours and directed to Genome Valley Police Station coming under Cyberabad Commissionerate where again no action was taken. Such negligence raises serious concerns.

I demand immediate registration of FIR, arrest of all attackers, and departmental action against the concerned police officials for dereliction of duty.
