After nearly a year of uncertainty amidst several stories. The sport felt like it had lost part of its soul.

And now, fittingly, it comes back with KOBS vs Impis.

That matters. Because Kampala Rugby Grounds is not just grass and posts. It is one of the emotional homes of Ugandan rugby. Generations of players, fans, musicians, students and weekend believers built memories there. KOBS especially are deeply tied to that ground historically, even during the uncertainty around ownership and venue access.

So the atmosphere on Saturday should feel different.

Not normal league-rugby different. Ceremonial different.

The old heads will walk in remembering what the place used to be. The younger fans will treat it like the rebirth of a rugby landmark. And the players will absolutely feel that energy.

That is why this fixture becomes dangerous for Impis.
