@HMRCcustomers Hello. A friend has checked their HMRC online account and it is showing as in 2023/2024 they paid £0 tax. This is clearly incorrect as they have been in full time work in that period and have been taxed. They cannot use a phone, how can they get this looked at?

I reduced an email today, after this post, asking to show the transactions on my account which I provided.

To repeat - I received no charge at all on either transaction.

Just a warning to EV owners. Check your charger payments very closely. @InstaVoltUK currently have had £90 off me since the 21st August as “pre authorisation fees” which were fully charged and not returned. Over 10 working days passed, the original fob off, now silence. #EV

To me, taking £90 and delivering no charge is theft. Similarly £90 is beyond capacity of the battery and you can’t charge the same battery simultaneously.

All they did is tell me to use the app next time to avoid pre-authorisation fees. Wonder how often this happens…
