Afortunadamente no coló. Son delincuentes, no jugadores de fútbol.
Diego Simeone on Enzo Fernández’s red card in the FIFA World Cup Final.
🗣️ “That’s an absolutely disastrous moment from Enzo Fernández. You cannot lose your head in a World Cup final. No matter how intense the match is, you have to control your emotions because one mistake like that can cost your entire country the trophy.”
“I love players who fight, who play with passion and who never back down—but there’s a difference between aggression and recklessness. Today, Enzo crossed that line, and Argentina are paying the price.”
“Now you’ve left your teammates to suffer with ten men against one of the best teams in the world. That’s not leadership, that’s a gift to Spain. World Cup finals are decided by discipline as much as talent.”
“This is heartbreaking because one moment of madness can erase months of hard work. Argentina now face an almost impossible task, and Enzo will have to live with the weight of this decision for a very long time.”
