If you can not update me, I will have to follow up regarding a replacement for my bike. I am currently left without my time trial bike for the upcoming season starting in January. Any help would be appreciated.

[Hamish Mckenzie @Hamishmckenzie0]

@UPS I understand at this time of year there will be delays in shipping, however I still expect for you to be able to track/locate my consignment especially as it is of value and it costly to ship! Slightly concerning that you can not update me where my brand new team bike is.
