This is a international effort and it utilizes world wide jet streams and storm edges within and on the cusp to mask most of their activity to make you think all is natural .
Majority of it again comes through this portal in this region and is not limited to last minute spraying before landfall and during landfall to re enforce their efforts before the transition across the states begin.
