Its sad that customers are made to simply accept this as "the process" when the problem is ur own phone infrastructure @lufthansa

@Lufthansa_India This is not just frustrating, it's unacceptable for an international airline. Customers cannot be expected to spend hours redialling and repeating their information without ever reaching a resolution, especially in case of urgent travel issues. Please have someone contact me.
