@adorama The sales person assured me I would be getting a piano in like new condition and this has been a giant disappointment since then. I will ensure nobody I interact with ever does business with you and save them the heartache.

@adorama It will still be, what another week until I get my money back at best? In the mean time this has been a terrific headache and a major stressor for our family. I hope you review your policies for handling open box items in the future and are honest with your clients in the future.

Will they have the ability to cobble the box back together or do I need to find a solution myself?

@adorama Thanks for the update. The box is so damaged it barely contains the piano, will UPS be able to deal with this? Will they schedule with me so I can arrange to be home for the pickup?

Should I be expecting a refund or a different piano shipped to me?
