In a country like Uganda, drowning in debt and hardship, how can such reckless and heartless allocations be justified?
•UGX 18 billion for URA staff medical care
•UGX 17 billion for the entire Mulago National Referral Hospital equipment supply
•UGX 2 billion daily at the State House
•UGX 3 billion daily for Parliament, bloated with unproductive MPs
•UGX 3 billion daily for the Judiciary, while justice delays and denies the poor
•UGX 1 billion daily for the Office of the President, where Ministers ride in V8 Land Cruisers with convoys of escorts
•UGX 250 billion to buy ROCO shares—a private investment deal hidden from public scrutiny
•UGX 700+ billion sunk into the non-existent Lubowa hospital, a ghost project that remains untouched while Ugandans die from preventable diseases
All this, while schools lack chalk, hospitals lack medicine, and families struggle to afford a single meal.
This is not governance it’s legalized robbery.
May the cries and tears of the people rise as a curse against all enemies of humanity. One day, Uganda will rise again. One day, the people will smile and justice will be served. @AnitahAmong@URAuganda@GovUganda@UgFocuss@KagutaMuseveni how do you claim pan africanism while presiding over such a country with Corruption being order of the day:
