Do something, please. I've seen dozens of other people in the same predicament, and it's ridiculous that with the prices you charge us, you can't even afford to get the most basic work done and get our baggage back to us.

I don't have my clothes here in India, I've been wearing the same set of clothes for the past 4 days, and the Indian support line for AirCanada has been wholly unhelpful - they know nothing and do nothing.

I was told that it'll be transferred to my Delhi flight. No proper news since; I waited another 4 hours at the Delhi airport, filed a complaint, and I've been told every day for the past 4 days that it'll be loaded on to the next flight..

At one point, there were about 500+ people at the baggage claim area with 2 employees to attend to any queries. I came to the airport the next day for my next flight to Delhi on AC42, 7 hours before the scheduled departure, to figure out where my bag was.

@AirCanada I flew from Kelowna to Toronto on the 23rd on AC192, was told to receive my checked-in baggage in Toronto. Haven't seen hide nor hair of my baggage since. I was unable to speak to anyone at all that night, even after a grueling 5+hr wait at the baggage claim area.(1/N)
