A resolution has been passed regarding the delay, but the issue is still stuck because a resolution is not binding. If the cabinet also takes up this matter and moves it forward, it will resolve the problem for many students.

Sir the upcoming PMS examination be postponed. The students are not fully prepared at the moment and as you know PMS does not come every year. By the time it returns again many candidates who are currently 27 will have crossed 37 losing their chance
