The issue for me, isn’t a structural one, out of possession. Man United want to press high, be on the front foot & pin teams back, you do this by doing what we’re doing (4-2-4 high jump, late FB arrivals to the wingers + shuttling from CMs) the only main disadvantage we have is the personnel, really. Would I like to go M2M against their 9 and push a CB into midfield, yes. But is it feasible? I don’t think it is. I’m not going to lose my head when we’re 3-0 up but I’m more encouraged by this than a lot of other games or wins even. 3-box-3, Dorgu higher round Cunha on LW, we’re overloading the middle, inside movements from Maz to get Mbeumk in/outside the flank, it’s honestly, great structurally, in my opinion.
