@Vets4PetsGroup I’m wanting to make a complaint about the practice manager / part owner of the Harlow branch. But the complaint will just go to her and likely just disappear. Is there someone higher up I can get to deal with this? She incredibly rude and made accusations at me.

To email the US side and make a complaint has zero response. So not sure. Luckily no money has been taken from my accounts but disappointing it wasn’t taken seriously

They have since changed the email address so I can’t access it so amend. I’m flagging it with my bank also but hopefully you can find this person and stop them also.

So I ordered my day 2 tests from @RandoxHealth @RandoxOfficial for coming back from Spain Friday and theyv been delivered to completely the wrong address - I don’t actually know where - but are refusing to refund them so I can buy new ones

Also, I sat for over an hour on hold to speak to someone who effectively said they’d just pass on my query to a lab manager yet 3 hours later Iv not had a call back? I fly tomorrow evening. I have paid for a product I have not received. You owe me a refund @RandoxOfficial
