Great turnout for our first #PlasticPelletBlitz! 7,022 pellets were removed from 23 quadrats. From those tallies we estimate that section of beach has >2.8 million plastic pellets! We can't wait to lead this again next year and loved meeting everyone! #FightingFloatablesTO

The ITTN 2023 Report is here! Over the last three years, cigarette butts have consistently been the top macrodebris item (>2.5cm) reported throughout the network, and plastic foam has also been the top microdberis item (<2.5cm).
